Chef Kyle Anderson, a native of Omaha, Nebraska, graduated from Johnson & Wales University. Chef Kyle has worked in some of the greatest restaurants garnering Mobil 5 Star, AAA 5 Diamond, and Michelin 3 Star Awards including Daniel Boulad’s eponymous Daniel in NYC and Charlie Trotter’s in Chicago.

After working in the fine dining world for many years, Chef Kyle decided he had enough and wanted to open a restaurant for everyone to enjoy gourmet food at reasonable prices. Everything at SLOW is prepared using the same quality ingredients, the same cooking techniques, and the same meticulously thought-out menu as a fine dining restaurant, but without the waiters, the designer dishes, and the pretentiousness that comes with the high-end dining scene.
